The Department of Computer Science and Engineering provides an outstanding research environment complemented by excellence in teaching.
The Department offers B.Tech program, in Computer Science and Engineering. At the undergraduate level, the department lays emphasis on Software Engineering, Algorithm Analysis and Design, Operating System, Computer Graphics as well as Networking Technologies. The Department has a comprehensive curriculum on
topics related to all aspects of Computer Hardware and Software with an emphasis on practical learning. The course structure is up-to-date and includes courses on nascent topics to equip our students with the latest developments.
The Department has state of the art infrastructure and computing equipment supported by high speed Ethernet and wireless networks. The area of research includes Operating Systems, Networks, Database Management Systems, Software Engineering, Algorithms, Multiprocessor Computer Architecture, Computer and Network Security, Cloud Computing and Computer Networks.

Eligibility Criteria
All those candidates who have passed the 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one the following subjects:
Chemistry / Biotechnology / Computer Science / Biology.
